L Tower: Great Designs Make Winners

The more I look at the LTower the more I like it. This is definately one of my favorite condo projects in a very long time. Architect Daniel Libeskind (who also designed the ROM Crystal), does not disappoint with the design of the LTower at the Hummingbird Centre, creating what will certainly become an architectural landmark of Toronto. If the amount of interest I have received from condo buyers is any indication, the LTower condo development project will be very successful.

In addition to providing residents and owners with pride and joy, as an investment, distinctive buildings are rewarding owners with much greater appreciation in value than their more ordinary looking counterparts. A good example of this is the Yansong Ma designed 50-storey Abolute World 1 building in Mississauga that has been nickednamed the Marilyn Monroe tower (pictured to the right) due to its sensuous curves.
